1. Information We Collect
Account information includes email, name if provided, and OAuth account identifiers. Content includes photos you voluntarily upload, generated beard images, and generation metadata. Technical information may include IP and request metadata supplied by infrastructure, browser and device information, cookies, session data, and usage analytics. Purchase information includes status, product, credits, and transaction or order identifiers. AIBeard does not store full payment-card details.
2. How We Use Information
We use information for authentication, AI beard generation, private media delivery, credits and Journey entitlements, fraud and security prevention, customer support, service analytics, and improving reliability.
3. Photo and AI Processing
Photos are processed only as necessary to provide AIBeard features. For generation, images may be processed by the AIBeard backend, OpenRouter, and the underlying AI model provider. These providers process data under their own applicable terms and policies; we do not promise that all third parties immediately delete data or never retain it.
4. Storage and Retention
AIBeard uses private storage for uploaded and generated media. We retain account, generation, and media data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain user access, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Photos are not necessarily deleted immediately. You may request deletion through support@aibeard.com.
5. Service Providers
We use Vercel for hosting and server infrastructure; Supabase for the database and private media storage; OpenRouter and underlying AI providers for generation; Creem for payments and merchant-of-record services; Google and GitHub for optional OAuth sign-in; and Google Analytics for website usage analytics. Application authentication is handled by Better Auth. Providers receive information necessary for their respective services.
6. Cookies and Local Storage
Cookies and browser storage support authentication, anonymous generation identity, preferences, and analytics. Browser controls can restrict or remove them, but some features may stop working.
7. Payments
Creem and its payment partners process payment-card information. AIBeard receives the purchase information needed to provide credits and other entitlements and does not directly process full card numbers.
8. Data Security
We use private media storage, signed URLs, and server-side authorization to protect access. Share links can make the corresponding shared result accessible to recipients, so share them carefully. No system or transmission method is completely secure.
9. International Processing
Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Applicable protections and legal requirements may differ by location.
10. Your Rights
Depending on local law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your information and exercise other applicable privacy rights. Contact support@aibeard.com; we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
11. Children
AIBeard is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
12. Policy Changes
We may update this policy and its Last updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
