1. About AIBeard
AIBeard is an AI-powered beard visualization and grooming service. Upload a photo you have the right to use, choose a predefined beard style, and receive an illustrative AI preview. AIBeard is not a medical service and does not diagnose or treat hair or beard growth conditions. AI-generated previews do not guarantee real-world beard growth.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and meet the legal age of adulthood in your jurisdiction to use AIBeard.
3. User Content
Only upload your own photos or photos you have explicit permission and lawful rights to use. Do not upload stolen photos, images of others without permission, unlawful content, or material that infringes privacy or intellectual property rights. You retain your rights in your photos. You grant AIBeard a limited permission to process, store, and deliver that content only as necessary to provide the service, including through its service providers. AIBeard does not acquire ownership of your photos.
4. AI-Generated Content
AI output may contain inaccuracies or visual artifacts. Review results and decide whether they are suitable for your purpose. Do not use results for impersonation, identity fraud, deceptive deepfakes, harassment, or illegal activity. Our Acceptable Use Policy applies to uploads and outputs.
5. Purchases and Credits
Free access provides 3 lifetime AI Beard Try-Ons in total through the account flow, including eligible guest usage merged into the account. Packs are one-time purchases in USD: Starter $4.99 / 10 Credits; Popular $9.99 / 30 Credits; Pro Pack $19.99 / 70 Credits; Studio $39.99 / 150 Credits. Paid Credits are valid for 12 months. Failed generations do not permanently consume a paid credit. The 90-Day Beard Journey costs $19.99 one-time. Purchase immediately unlocks the Journey; its 90-day period starts only after you set Day 0 and explicitly select Start. Journey resources are separate from ordinary pack credits.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by Creem as our payment and merchant-of-record provider. AIBeard receives purchase and entitlement information but does not directly store full payment-card details.
7. Refunds
Refund requests may be submitted to support@aibeard.com and will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the payment provider's policies.
8. Suspension and Abuse
We may restrict or suspend access in response to fraud, abuse, security attacks, automated misuse, or policy violations. Where appropriate, contact Support to ask about a restriction.
9. Service Availability
We work to keep AIBeard reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service or permanent availability of any particular model or provider.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AIBeard is not responsible for indirect losses arising from misuse of the service or reliance on illustrative AI outputs. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required by law.
